Q: Can you install a Fire Sprinkler System for our business without our having to close?
A: We make every effort to enable you to carry on business as normally as possible while we're working on your installation or remodel.  This occurs with 90% of our customers in occupied buildings.  In certain unusual situations, it's possible that you may have to partially close for a short time.  However, in such cases, we plan carefully to minimize the inconvenience.

Q: What sort of guarantee do you give on your work?
A: It depends on the type of job you require.  Our normal guarantee is for one year.  This applies to all materials and workmanship on the Fire Sprinkler systems we install.  We outline our guarantees in initial discussions, so you know from the outset what your getting.  Additionally, at the completion of the project, a formal, written guarantee is provided.

Q: How much will a Fire Sprinkler System cost, and how do I get financial "payback" by having one installed?
A: Considering the quiet safety involved in having one, and the proven results with a Sprinkler System should a fire occur, the initial outlay is quite low compared to many other options property owners often install in their buildings.  Sprinkler systems can frequently cost less than the carpeting!--Plus, insurance costs typically drop dramatically when a Fire Sprinkler System is installed, usually to provide enough savings in premiums to pay for the system in a few short years.  After that, the savings goes right into your bank account.

Q: Do all the Fire Sprinklers go off and flood the whole building with water if there is a fire?
A: No.  In the event of a fire, normally only the Fire Sprinkler "head" closest to the source of the fire will activate and discharge water to extinguish the blaze.  Occasionally, a second "head" will also discharge if the fire is intense enough.  Most fires are extinguished with one or two "heads" discharging.  While there will be some water damage in the immediate area, it will be small compared to the amount of water used by firemen with hoses if the fire were allowed to grow unchecked because of a lack of a Fire Sprinkler System.  Almost always by the time firemen arrive at a building equipped with Fire Sprinklers, the fire had already been put out.
